ICPotential Foundation, Inc. is a Puerto Rico-based nonprofit organization dedicated to unlocking the potential of every individual, regardless of their circumstances. Founded on the belief that access to education, wellness, and opportunity should never be determined by economic status, we exist to build bridges between where people are and where they are capable of going.

  • To expand access to education, athletic development, wellness, and essential support services for individuals and families in Puerto Rico, with a priority on those who have been underserved, empowering every person to rise, thrive, and reach their fullest potential.

  • 1. Education & Scholar Support Scholarships, grants, and academic support programs that remove financial barriers so every learner can access the right environment, tools, and guidance to grow.

    2. Athletic Development & Sports Access Supporting the athletes who represent Puerto Rico — from training and coaching to travel and competition fees — because every champion deserves a community behind them.

    3. Arts & Enrichment After-school, summer, and community programs where young people discover their voice, build confidence, and develop the life skills to succeed.

    4. Family & Home Wellness Practical, dignity-centered support delivered directly to families experiencing hardship — because stability at home makes everything else possible.

    5. Community & Cultural Empowerment Bilingual, culturally responsive programs that celebrate Puerto Rican heritage, strengthen family bonds, and build a community where every person knows they belong.
